Dinh Bac returns to practice with the first team of Quang Nam Club

Midfielder Nguyen Dinh Bac was allowed to return to training with Quang Nam Club. Previously, the player born in 2004 received an internal suspension and was demoted to training with the youth team for violating discipline.

On the evening of February 27, Quang Nam FC won 2-0 against The Cong Viettel at home. Nguyen Dinh Bac continued to be absent. This is the third consecutive match that the young star has not been registered to play. Before that, there were two matches of Quang Nam against Binh Duong FC and Hoang Anh Gia Lai.

At the press conference after the match with The Cong Viettel, coach Van Sy Son said: " The important thing is whether Dinh Bac is on the right track. Whether he returns to his passion for football or not is up to him to prove himself, and I cannot protect him. If I see Bac practicing well and living well, I am ready to give him a chance ."

Coach Van Sy Son added: "I still hope he can return. For me, the player's awareness must come first. I don't say I'm a caring person, but teaching players must be clear. Players who want to love their job must walk on their own feet. The leaders assigned me to manage a group of 30 to 40 people, but he went astray.

If unfortunately Bac gets involved in something like the one at Ba Ria - Vung Tau team, I will be the first person to take responsibility. I hope the players will take that as an example to improve. I don't care how famous the players are or how much money they make ."

Dinh Bac has repeatedly violated the team's practice schedule. Most recently, Dinh Bac was absent from the team's spring practice session. He joined the team one day late and did not give a valid reason.

The 19-year-old player has shown signs of not following the regulations since playing for the Vietnam U20 team at the 2023 U20 Asian Cup finals. The coaching staff had fined Dinh Bac in the first leg of the 2023 National First Division. Since then, Bac has violated the training schedule regulations 4 times.
