US Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles from the 492nd Fighter Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, UK, have arrived in the US Central Command (CENTCOM) area of ​​responsibility.

On November 1, the US announced that it would send additional bombers, fighter jets, tanker aircraft and ballistic missile defense destroyers to the Middle East.

"If Iran, its partners, or their proxies take advantage of this moment to attack US personnel or interests in the region, the United States will take all necessary measures to protect our people," Pentagon spokesman Major General Pat Ryder said.

Israel launched airstrikes against Iran on October 26, targeting Tehran’s military infrastructure but avoiding key nuclear and oil facilities. Iran had previously carried out two major attacks on Tel Aviv in April and October.
