Gasoline prices increase from this afternoon, November 28

E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than VND 19,840/liter (an increase of VND 497/liter compared to the current base price), VND 1,017/liter lower than RON95-III gasoline.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance have just adjusted gasoline prices from 3:00 p.m. on November 28.

According to the joint management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than 19,840 VND/liter (an increase of 497 VND/liter compared to the current base price), lower than RON95-III gasoline by 1,017 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline is not higher than 20,857 VND/liter (an increase of 329 VND/liter compared to the current base price).

Diesel oil 0.05S is not higher than 18,777 VND/liter (an increase of 268 VND/liter compared to the current base price); kerosene is not higher than 19,142 VND/liter (an increase of 221 VND/liter compared to the current base price); Madut oil 180CST 3.5S: not higher than 16,125 VND/kg (an increase of 111 VND/kg compared to the current base price).

In this operating period, the Joint Ministry did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and fuel oil.

The world oil market in this operating period (from November 21, 2024 to November 27, 2024) is affected by factors such as: ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah in the Middle East, increased US oil reserves, OPEC+ continues to discuss the postponement of oil production increase plan, military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues... The above factors have caused world oil prices in recent days to increase and decrease depending on each product.

The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 21, 2024 and the adjustment period on November 28, 2024 is: 80,360 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (up 2,782 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 3.59%); 85,362 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 1,716 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 2.05%); 89,878 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 1,266 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.43%); 89,732 USD/barrel of 0.05S diesel oil (up 1,530 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.73%); 453,944 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (up 3,896 USD/ton, equivalent to an increase of 0.87%).

Adjusting the selling prices of petroleum products as prescribed by petroleum wholesalers and petroleum distributors, but no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on November 28, 2024.
