Israeli Prime Minister clarifies conditions for next phase of negotiations with Hamas, affirms no secrecy

On March 30, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the country is ready to discuss the next phase of the agreement to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip on the condition that Hamas lays down its weapons and leaves the territory.
