Mobilizing and appointing key personnel in 6 southern provinces and cities

TPO – Last week, 6 southern provinces and cities, namely Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai and Binh Thuan, implemented many decisions to transfer and appoint key officials.

Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee receives additional tasks

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just decided to establish the City Land Price Appraisal Council. Accordingly, Mr. Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, is the Chairman of the Council. Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, is the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Council. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance, is the Vice Chairman of the Council.

The Council also has 27 members who are leaders of departments and agencies of Ho Chi Minh City. The Council is responsible for appraising the Land Price List according to the provisions of law. During the appraisal process, the Council invited the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the City Farmers' Association to participate in the Council's meetings.

Ho Chi Minh City Overseas Vietnamese Support Center has a new director

Mr. Lam Quang Quy has just been appointed as Director of the Overseas Vietnamese Support Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Quy is a lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, Deputy Head of Khai Quoc Law Office and a member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese.

Mr. Phuoc used to hold the positions of Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc.

Tay Ninh mobilizes and appoints many key officials

The Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just appointed Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

Mr. Pham Trung Chanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh City was mobilized and appointed by the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to replace Mr. Tuan.

Mr. Truong Van Hung, Director of Tay Ninh Department of Health, was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of Tay Ninh Economic Zone Management Board.

Mr. Pham Trung Chanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh City was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tay Ninh province to replace Mr. Le Anh Tuan.

Mr. Nguyen Van Danh was re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - National Assembly Delegate, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong Province, term IX, has just been consulted to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong Province, term X, term 2024-2029.

Mr. Danh was born in 1966, has a Master's degree in Business Administration, and a senior degree in Political Theory. Before holding the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province, Mr. Danh held many positions, such as: Chief Accountant, Executive Director of Financial Management, Vice Chairman of the Board of Members - Deputy General Director of the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (Becamex IDC Corp); Member of the 14th and 15th National Assembly; Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Duong province; Secretary of Tan Uyen Town Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh holds the position of Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Thanh - Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Duong province was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of this province from September 1.

Ms. Thanh has been associated with the judiciary for many years. In early 2023, while holding the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court, Ms. Thanh was appointed Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of this province.

Binh Phuoc hands over decision to appoint key officials

Ms. Pham Thi Anh Thu, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, was assigned to work at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Binh Phuoc province from September 4.

Ms. Huynh Thi Be Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Phuoc province, was transferred and appointed to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Binh Phuoc province from September 4.

Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union has a new Deputy Secretary

Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Ha, Head of the School Youth Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, has just been elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, term X.

Two personnel, including Ms. Pham Thi Thu Thao, Deputy Head of the Provincial Youth Union's Propaganda Department and Mr. Pham Van Truong, Secretary of Tan Phu District Youth Union, were also elected to the 10th Executive Committee.

The Provincial Inspector was elected as a member of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

Mr. Tran Thanh Toan, Chief Inspector of Binh Thuan province, was elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Member of the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, with 100% of delegates in favor.

Mr. Tran Thanh Toan is 45 years old this year, from Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province. Mr. Toan graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in political theory. Mr. Toan used to be an officer of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Thuan province, then was transferred to be Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Binh district, before becoming Deputy Chief Inspector of Binh Thuan province.
