On March 30, Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with Ward 13 Police, Tan Binh District to verify the scuffle between a 16-seat car driver and a passerby, after a clip recording the incident went viral on social media.

The 51-second video captures a fight on the sidewalk involving 3 people. The subjects struggled and scuffled, causing 1 person to fall to the street. Near the scene was a 16-seat car with a yellow license plate (a commercial transport vehicle) with its emergency lights on, parked across the road.

Some people tried to stop it. The incident caused disorder and affected traffic in the area.

According to initial verification, the fight occurred on the evening of March 29 on Truong Chinh Street, near the intersection of Truong Chinh - Au Co, Ward 13, Tan Binh District.

The cause is believed to be a traffic conflict. The driver of the 16-seat vehicle stopped the vehicle, argued and fought with a young man on a motorbike. Another man initially tried to intervene but was also caught up in the fight.

The police continue to verify the identities of the parties involved to invite them to work and handle.
