The emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" was directed by the Department of Education and Training to be implemented in conjunction with the motto "4 goods" (Good educational environment, Good management, Good teaching, Good learning). On that basis, educational institutions have concretized the movement to suit local and unit realities. The movement has taken place enthusiastically and widely at educational institutions with specific and comprehensive targets and measures, which have had a strong impact on the quality and effectiveness of education. From the movement, many bright spots have emerged with remarkable progress in the quality of education. Typically, Nguyen Viet Xuan Primary School (Nam Dinh city) when implementing the movement has shifted from school management to school governance and innovated management with specific solutions: Clearly defining development goals in each stage and building solutions to achieve those goals. The school has identified two key goals: building facilities to meet the requirements of teaching and learning according to the 2018 General Education Program and developing staff. Up to now, the school's facilities have been relatively complete and modern, the teaching staff is solid in their expertise, confident and autonomous in implementing the 2018 General Education Program. The school has delegated authority to each manager, teacher, and employee for the tasks they are in charge of on the basis of assigning the right person, the right job; doing a good job of commendation and reward; gradually shifting to working in a digital space (teachers' records and lesson plans are digitized; assessment and monitoring of students' learning outcomes are updated on management software...).

In teaching management, the school strengthens the organization of extracurricular activities, after-school activities, life skills education; coordinates educational forces inside and outside the school to improve the effectiveness of educational work. Effectively implement STEM education in subjects; educate local history and geography through practical experience activities. Teachers in each class promote the proactive and active role of students, most of the classes apply information technology (IT), effectively use teaching aids and equipment, exploit electronic learning materials and learning resources. Professional groups conduct professional activities according to lesson research to ensure all 5 steps, focusing on new content of the school year such as innovation in methods, student assessment according to Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training. The Board of Directors accompanies teachers in the process of implementing the new program; Delegate autonomy to teachers to proactively adjust teaching plans to suit the reality of their classes; take responsibility for teaching results for their classes and actively promote the effectiveness of the movement to use self-made teaching aids, activities of the Self-Management Council, innovate teaching methods: teaching outside the classroom, teaching in the library... The number of students admitted to Tran Dang Ninh Secondary School for many consecutive years is the highest among primary schools in the city; In the 2024-2025 school year, 58 students were admitted, accounting for 18.4% of the 6th grade enrollment target of Tran Dang Ninh Secondary School, with 16 students achieving a score of 10 in Math.

Giao Thuy High School (Giao Thuy) is a typical high school unit in implementing "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" with the set goals of: Strengthening innovation, decentralization and digitalization in teaching and learning management; Applying IT in teaching and learning management and teachers' teaching to improve the quality and effectiveness of school education; Diversifying direct and online teaching and learning forms by effectively exploiting online teaching and review applications and software such as Zoom, Google classroom, Office 355, Zalo, Google meet... to complete the education program and review for high school graduation exams for grade 12 students; Developing the school's education plan, teachers' lesson plans in the direction of developing learners' qualities and capacities; linking theory with practice, STEM orientation; Diversifying teaching and learning forms; combining direct and online teaching, testing and assessment. To achieve the above goals, the school has strongly innovated teaching methods and forms in a positive direction. Professional groups and teams unify teaching contents, methods, and forms and deploy model teaching periods for evaluation and experience. The Board of Directors directs professional groups and teams to develop plans to implement the program for each subject and educational activity, ensuring the prescribed time in the program and arranging teaching in each semester in a reasonable and scientific manner; arranging flexible teaching time suitable for the teaching staff and facilities of the school, arranging appropriate timetables for each semester and school year, ensuring the number of periods/week as prescribed for each teacher; managing the implementation of professional discipline through teaching plans and timetables in a scientific manner, ensuring the learning rights of students (priority is given to not arranging 5 periods, every other day for Physical Education, having clusters of 2 periods, every other day for Literature...). Promote the use of IT in organizing and managing professional activities of the school, using electronic records, electronic grade books, electronic transcripts to improve the effectiveness of management work. For many consecutive years, the school has ranked first in the high school sector in the Provincial Excellent Student Competition, 100% of students passed the high school graduation exam with an average score ranked among the top in the province.
