Hanoi National University plans to reduce staff by 15%

According to Hanoi National University, the Board of Directors of Hanoi National University and heads of some units of this university have agreed to implement Resolution No. 18/NQ-TW on innovation, streamlining the organization, and effective and efficient operations. This unit plans to reduce 35-40% of departments and offices; reduce staff by 15%, and the University of Foreign Languages ​​​​in particular plans to reduce 44% of focal points. In addition, Hanoi National University will be 100% self-sufficient in regular expenses from 2026.
