The content shows a teacher pulling a child into a hidden corner and repeatedly hitting the child’s buttocks. Not stopping there, the teacher also grabbed one of the child’s legs and lifted him up.

Regarding the above incident, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, said that the image recorded by the camera occurred in a classroom of Dap Cau Garment Company Kindergarten, Thi Cau Ward, Bac Ninh City.

Specifically, the incident occurred at 9:25 a.m. on April 16, in class 23-36 months number 2, teacher VMA hit a child's buttocks. The abused child in the incident was HA (22 months old).

According to a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh City, after receiving information from the parents, the school reviewed the situation with the parents and asked the teacher to report the incident. "Here, the teacher apologized to the family for his behavior. The principal apologized to the parents on behalf of the school and promised to handle the teacher according to regulations, then the parents picked up the child. The school has decided to temporarily suspend teacher VMA from work to continue reviewing the incident" - a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh City said.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoa, Principal, together with the Board of Directors and the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh City, contacted the student's parents and visited the child's house to visit and apologize to the family.

A representative of Dap Cau Garment Company Kindergarten also emphasized that the incident was very unfortunate. "The school is very worried about the teacher's behavior. The school has decided to temporarily suspend the VMA teacher to resolve the matter," said a representative of the school's leadership.
