In order to rectify the operations of private clinics and ensure the rights and safety of patients, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with law enforcement agencies to urgently inspect and verify the information reported by the press.

Regarding the activities of An Dong General Clinic, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to inspect and strictly handle individuals and groups in accordance with the law if there are violations, ensuring the deterrence of the law, publicity and transparency.

Along with that, the Department of Health strengthens inspection of the practice activities of non-public medical facilities, especially private clinics in the management area, to promptly detect and strictly handle violations of medical examination and treatment facilities that do not operate within the scope of licensed practice, do not ensure professional regulations and medical examination and treatment procedures; publicly announce on mass media medical examination and treatment facilities and clinics with violations so that people know and participate in monitoring.

In addition, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to step up dissemination and guidance on the implementation of regulations on medical examination and treatment for private clinics in particular and medical examination and treatment facilities in general in the management area.
