Phu Tho won 10 medals at the 2025 National Wushu Championship

baophutho.vnThe 2025 National Wushu Championship has just ended in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province with the first place of the whole delegation belonging to Hanoi City. The Phu Tho Wushu team with 11 athletes competed quite successfully to win 10 medals of all kinds.

At the end of all competitions at the tournament, Phu Tho Wushu athletes won 10 medals, of which, athlete Nguyen Khac Le Hoang won 1 Gold Medal in Men's Tai Chi Fan, 2 Bronze Medals in Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword; athlete Chu Thi Ngoc Thu won 1 Silver Medal in Staff Technique, 1 Bronze Medal in Saber Technique and the remaining 5 Bronze Medals respectively belonged to athletes: Nguyen Quynh Phuong in Tai Chi Fan, Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword; Ha Minh Long in Tai Chi Fan and Nguyen Tuan Hiep in Yang Family Tai Chi Sword.

Athlete Nguyen Khac Le Hoang of Phu Tho (1st place) won the Gold Medal in the men's Tai Chi fan event.

This year's National Wushu Championship took place from March 23-30 with the participation of nearly 400 athletes from 32 units nationwide, competing in 2 categories: Combat and Performance. This is the most important tournament of the year, gathering the leading faces of Vietnamese Wushu to compete, creating exciting and attractive matches with high professional quality. Through the tournament, Phu Tho Wushu athletes have the opportunity to gain experience and professional skills, aiming for better achievements in the future.
