Thai Nguyen puts into operation a unit for early cancer detection and examination

The Early Cancer Detection and Examination Unit has a team of experienced and highly specialized oncologists, equipped with a modern and synchronized medical equipment system such as 1.5 Tesla MRI, multi-slice CT scanner, narrow band imaging endoscopy system (NBI), colposcope, SPECT scintigraphy machine, pathological examination, molecular biology and genetic testing... with 275 services, techniques, 19 cancer screening packages for subjects by age, gender and risk groups.

At the Oncology Center, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital , more than 300 inpatients are examined and treated every day.
