Hoai Duc land auction is quiet, but the winning price has exceeded 100 million VND/m2

Unlike previous auctions in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune, the auction of 32 plots of land LK05 and LK06 took place relatively peacefully. Although there were still the figures of “land brokers” and investors in front of the auction hall, the usual excitement and bustle had lessened.

According to information passed on by investors, the number of people participating in this auction was only about 120 people. This number is less than the auction of 20 lots LK01, LK02 (about 140 people) and 19 lots LK03, LK04 (about 400 people).

However, the lower number of participants does not mean that the winning price of the land plot will be lower. Some investors said that a corner plot in LK06 is currently being bid up to 109 million VND/m2 - this is the highest number recorded in the auction. Other plots have also been bid over 70 million VND/m2. The auction is still ongoing and the above numbers are not the final winning price.

The figure of over 100 million VND/m2 was within the prediction because these plots of land have relatively good locations. The plots of LK05 and LK06 all have a direct view of Ring Road 4 and are located right next to the lake. LK05 plot will be located next to the football field. LK06 plot will be located next to the social housing project.

Since the previous auctions, some investors have been eyeing this land, because of its beautiful location and square shape, making it easy to build a house. Notably, they also predicted that the corner lot in LK06 would likely have the highest winning price in this auction.

The 32 plots of land LK05 and LK06 have an area of about 97 m2, with some plots being as large as 144 - 172 m2. The starting price of all plots is still 7.3 million VND/m2 - the same figure as previous auctions in Long Khuc area. The deposit for the plots ranges from 141 - 251 million VND/plot.
