Auction of 13 plots of land in Phuc Tho district, highest winning price 75 million VND/m2

Doc Tranh Area (Trach My Loc Commune, Phuc Tho District).

Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district Nguyen Anh Tuan said that the unit has just coordinated with the Joint Stock Auction Company to organize an auction of land use rights for 13 residential land plots in Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune).

The auction attracted a total of 40 registrations, conducted in the form of a single round of secret ballot for all plots of land. The winning bidder was the person with a valid bid and the highest bid.

In case there are many customers offering the same price, if one customer does not agree to bid anymore, the auctioneer will organize a draw to determine the winning bidder.

13 land plots auctioned in Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune) this time have symbols from DG44 to DG62, with a total area of ^{​​1,463.11m2} . Starting price 23.4 million VND/ ^m2 . Flat price 200,000 VND/m2.

As a result, 13 plots of land in Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune) were successfully auctioned. The highest winning price was 75 million VND/ ^m2 , 3 times higher than the starting price. The lowest winning price was recorded at 28.6 million VND/ ^m2 . The auction took place publicly, democratically, in accordance with the law, ensuring the rights of customers.
