What is Daruma Nihongo's dream?

The founders of Daruma were all international students who participated in the pilot program of Japanese language education from middle school, continued to study Japanese in high school, university and studied abroad in Japan.

Having been exposed to Japanese from an early age, we have seen many opportunities for self-development, so from the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful and love Japan. However, currently, there are tens of thousands of students studying Japanese, but they and their parents do not have adequate information sources, so they only study Japanese as a secondary subject without investing in it as a learning strategy to have a competitive advantage in exams and future jobs.

Therefore, we aspire to spread opportunities with Japanese to more children, build an educational ecosystem that helps them feel secure in learning Japanese, studying abroad in Japan and working in jobs that use Japanese. We affirm this aspiration through the slogan: Daruma Nihongo - Lifetime companion, peace of mind in learning Japanese.

What has Daruma Nihongo done?

Regarding the number of students: Daruma has had thousands of students studying. 60% of students study continuously from grade 6 to grade 12, determined to go to Japan to study and work.
In terms of achievements: The top students in Japanese in the university entrance exam from 2020 - 2023 are all Daruma students. In the 10th grade entrance exam in Hanoi, the number of Daruma students achieving a score of 9+ is over 70% and the absolute score of 10 is always over 30%.
In terms of information dissemination: We have organized consulting seminars and communication campaigns to help parents and students have a correct view of the advantages of knowing Japanese.
About the ecosystem: Daruma has completed a part of the ecosystem vertically (learning path from middle school, high school to university, going to work) and horizontally (developing soft skills, job skills besides Japanese language training).

What are the expectations for Daruma Nihongo in the future?

When the students grow up and begin their studies and work in Japan, Daruma hopes that they will be a source of high-quality human resources to contribute to the Japanese-Vietnamese economy. Daruma hopes that careful preparation of Japanese and social knowledge for a long time before going to Japan will improve the image of Vietnamese people in Japan and contribute a small part to the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan.

To do this, we are looking for opportunities to connect with educational institutions in Japan to enhance language and cultural exchange. It would be great if we could offer more scholarships to support tuition fees for students with Japanese language certificates N3 or higher. In addition, Daruma also hopes to connect with partners to thicken the ecosystem on the Japanese side.

Daruma's Mission:
