Sharing about the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025, Mr. Thien Duong, General Director of GroupGSA Vietnam and Chairman of the Jury, said that the diversity of segments from multi-generational housing, affordable housing to creative works and effective renovation projects, all were honored.

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025 Jury is an independent panel of leading experts from various fields. The process is overseen by HLB International Real Estate Group, which has just been named “Audit Network of the Year 2024”, to ensure transparency and fairness.
