According to the assessment, in the past half term, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation has seriously, promptly, qualitatively and effectively implemented the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; led the activities of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Committees, the delegations, the Provincial People's Council delegates and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to ensure compliance with the policies and resolutions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the provisions of law, the principle of democratic centralism, promoting the self-awareness, proactiveness, responsibility and setting an example of the leaders in directing, implementing, coordinating and harmonizing the activities of the Provincial People's Council to achieve results and effectiveness in accordance with the provisions of law and operating regulations. Led to improve the quality of meetings, concretize the resolutions and policies of the Provincial Party Committee and decide on important issues of the province in accordance with the provisions of law. Led to improve the quality of supervision and survey activities so that the resolutions of the province can truly come into life. Leading to improve the quality and effectiveness of the People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; effectively leading the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security; advising the Party Committee to effectively resolve legal issues and shortcomings. The activities of the Standing Committee, Committees, delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council have many positive changes, focusing on innovating supervision and survey activities to ensure focus and key points; the quality of questioning and answering activities has been increasingly improved; the responsibility of delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council has been enhanced.
To further clarify the results achieved in the activities of the Provincial People's Council over the past half term, the conference listened to the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province discuss the results of leadership, direction and coordination with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in performing tasks. The Economic-Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council discussed the current situation and solutions for the work of advising the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council in related fields and tasks. The Standing Committee of the People's Council of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City discussed solutions to improve the quality of activities of the People's Councils at the commune and district levels.

Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed the outstanding results in the coordination between the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in all aspects of work, which have contributed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development and political tasks of the province. Pointing out the remaining limitations, especially the delay and lack of timeliness in the preparation of project reports before the session, affecting the progress and quality of the examination of the Provincial People's Council Committees; the work of receiving citizens, coordinating responses and resolving voters' opinions and recommendations sometimes has not clearly defined the authority between levels and is not strict, so the quality is not high; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the departments, branches and specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee to clearly define their tasks, seriously and thoroughly overcome the above limitations and shortcomings; Strengthen coordination mechanisms in solving assigned tasks, creating unity and synchronization, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, management and operation of the province in all fields.
Concluding the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the effectiveness of the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council in the past half term, especially the work of reviewing, evaluating, and coordinating to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee, the Committees, the delegations and each delegate; the quality of organizing meetings, supervisions and meetings with voters has been constantly improved; the province's policies have thus come into life and promoted their effectiveness and met the practical requirements and legitimate aspirations of the people. Deploying tasks from now until the end of the term, he requested the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council to focus on leading and directing the Provincial People's Council to review the issued policies, and to conduct supervision, survey and assessment of the implementation of policies in the most comprehensive manner to promptly adjust and supplement.

Continue to strengthen the coordination between the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee to effectively and legally implement the law; promptly resolve arising issues within their authority; participate in leading and directing socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the locality. Continue to lead the innovation of appraisal and examination of draft resolutions to ensure closeness and quality; strengthen supervision of the handling of voters' opinions and recommendations; the handling of citizens' complaints and denunciations, especially those that are pending, prolonged, and have not been resolved; lead the organization of thematic meetings with voters. Lead the organization of votes of confidence for people holding positions elected by the People's Council, ensuring compliance with regulations. Promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the activities of the People's Council; lead the implementation of citizen reception work by the Standing Committee of the People's Council and delegates of the Provincial People's Council in accordance with the law.
