Attending and directing the Congress were comrades in the Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee; also attending were comrades who were Secretaries of Party cells and grassroots Party committees under the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Party Committee.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Sam Son Border Guard Station has thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented resolutions and directives of Party committees at all levels; proactively and effectively researched and forecasted the situation, effectively advised the Party Committee, the Provincial Border Guard Command, local Party committees and authorities to lead and direct the timely and effective resolution of issues occurring in border and coastal areas. Comprehensively and synchronously deploy and flexibly apply working measures, firmly protect national sovereignty and border security; effectively fight against all types of crimes, maintain political security and social order and safety in the assigned management areas. Strictly maintain combat readiness, well perform the tasks of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, epidemics, searching, rescuing and saving victims. Actively participate in consolidating the grassroots political system, helping people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. Logistics, technical, financial and other work were led and directed resolutely, meeting requirements and tasks. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels were enhanced; the work of building a comprehensively strong "Exemplary and typical" unit was focused on. Cadres and soldiers had firm political will, believed in the Party's leadership, united, overcame difficulties to successfully carry out political tasks; therefore, the targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term were basically achieved and exceeded.
