In recent years, many good models and effective methods in the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Movement in various areas of social life have been widely replicated by the Party Committee and government of Bach Hac ward, Viet Tri city, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring security and order, and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
With the motto "Use people to propagate and mobilize people", "Party members go first, the country follows", along with timely encouragement and motivation from Party committees and authorities at all levels, the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" has created momentum for the positive results.
Many households in Mo Thuong and Lang Dai areas... have voluntarily donated land, creating favorable conditions for upgrading and expanding residential roads.
These days, on the road in Mo Thuong and Lang Dai residential areas, people are urgently dismantling and moving fences, gates, structures, and cutting down trees to hand over the site to the local authorities to upgrade and widen the roadway and sidewalks.
As a household participating in donating land and auxiliary works on the land, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van in Mo Thuong area shared: “After being propagated and mobilized by the local Party Committee and government about the policy of donating land to expand traffic routes in the residential area, we were excited and immediately agreed, because the roads are spacious, large and beautiful to serve the convenient travel of the people themselves. My family and many other families voluntarily moved the fence back 1.5m wide, 20m long to upgrade and expand the road...”.
Previously, the road in Mo Thuong and Lang Dai residential areas was only 3m wide. As people's living standards improved, traffic volume increased, leading to difficulties in traveling due to the degraded and narrow road. After the policy of upgrading and expanding the road to over 6m, nearly 140 households participated in donating more than 3,500m2 of land, worth billions of VND.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang - Secretary of the Party Cell and Head of the Front Work Committee of Mo Thuong area said: With the synchronous participation in propaganda and mobilization work, the movement of donating land to expand traffic routes in some residential areas has received high consensus from the people. The Bach Hac Ward People's Mobilization Bloc not only did a good job in donating land for road construction but also actively participated in the work of preventing, combating and supporting people affected by the recent storm No. 3. The Bloc advised the local Party Committee, government and armed forces to promptly respond to complicated developments caused by the storm's circulation, proactively taking measures to prevent and combat widespread flooding.
Along with that, support affected families to move people and property to higher ground, ensuring safety; advise people to limit travel and movement due to the rapid rise and strong flow of the river. Mass organizations also participate in cleaning up after the water recedes, visiting, encouraging, and supporting necessities for families affected by the storm...
With the goal of improving the quality of people's lives, the ward's mass mobilization bloc has proactively innovated propaganda content, advised the Party Committee and the government to deploy and build "skillful mass mobilization" models in various fields associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely deployed, bringing practical results.

Mr. Nguyen Lai Thai Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bach Hac Ward said: Right from the beginning of 2024, the ward's mass mobilization bloc has developed a plan to implement mass mobilization work for the year, based on the actual situation in the locality, the State's policies and guidelines in various fields to select and register suitable models for implementation. Residential areas have launched emulation movements associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, mobilizing people to participate in donating land for road construction, contributing working days and money to upgrade, repair and renovate the campus of the cultural house, alley traffic roads, serving convenient trade and travel, developing the local economy... The "Smart Mass Mobilization" models in various fields continue to be maintained and operate effectively. Up to now, the rate of cultural families has reached nearly 97%, 6/6 areas have achieved cultural residential areas, the poverty rate has decreased to 0.67%.
