Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Deputy Head of the Delegation, in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province - was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province.
On July 30, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi has just signed Decision No. 2068/QD-UBND on receiving and appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions.
Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Deputy Head of the Delegation, in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province - was appointed as Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak.
The term of appointment is 5 years from 1/8/2024.
Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan became the first female official to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak.
Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan was born on December 15, 1977, a member of the M'Nong ethnic group. Hometown: Da M'Rong commune, Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province.
Professional qualifications: PhD in Folklore, Bachelor of Literature Pedagogy; Political theory level: Advanced.
During more than 20 years of teaching and working in the Dak Lak Education and Training sector (1999 - 2021), Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan has held many positions from teacher, school-level and department-level manager to Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Chairman of the Provincial Education Trade Union. Regardless of her position, Ms. Xuan has devoted herself wholeheartedly to the cause of local education, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.
In October 2020, Ms. Xuan was elected to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Executive Committee. In March 2021, she was assigned by the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Buon Ho Town Party Committee.
Since July 2021, Ms. Xuan has been a member of the 15th National Assembly, member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, and Deputy Head of the Dak Lak Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
It is known that Ms. Xuan's predecessor, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa - Director of the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training - will officially retire according to regulations from August 1, 2024.
