Dak Doa focuses on leading key tasks in the second quarter of 2025

The conference assessed: In the first quarter, the Dak Doa District Party Committee focused on leading the synchronous implementation of economic and social tasks. Accordingly, in the 2024-2025 Winter-Spring crop, the whole district planted 2,506 hectares, reaching 102.1% of the plan. In the total area of ​​long-term industrial crops in the district, many key crops currently occupy large areas such as coffee 28,000 hectares, rubber 5,940 hectares, pepper more than 2,000 hectares... Drought prevention and control work has been directed with attention. Livestock has developed stably.

Regularly direct functional agencies and forest owners to strengthen forest management, protection and forest fire prevention and control. Actively implement the Resolution of the District Party Committee, term XVII, and directives and instructions from higher levels on the implementation of the 3 National Target Programs. Investment attraction, trade and services are regularly focused on. Total state budget revenue in the district is estimated at more than 34.3 billion VND, equal to 33.3% of the Resolution.

The locality has completed the dossier submitted to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal of the adjustment of the Land Use Plan to 2030 and the first year's Land Use Plan of the Adjusted Land Use Plan. The coordination of compensation and site clearance for investment projects in the area has been given attention, along with accelerating the progress of basic construction works from the beginning of the year. Up to now, the estimated implementation volume has reached 40%...

Synchronously deploy social security programs, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, regimes and policies for people with meritorious services, social protection beneficiaries, ethnic minorities to ensure timely and appropriate targets. In the quarter, jobs were created for 130 workers. Attention was paid to propaganda and mobilization work to encourage people to participate in health insurance, reaching over 92.6%, equal to 98.5% of the Resolution. Regarding the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, by the end of March, 358/492 houses (including 296 newly built houses and 62 renovated and repaired houses) had been started, accounting for more than 72.7%, and 64/358 houses had been completed. Four communes had completed 100% of the target, including Kon Gang, HNol, Hai Yang, and Hneng.

The conference agreed on the tasks for the second quarter of 2025, focusing on: Continuing to lead Party committees, authorities, agencies and units to closely follow the targets of Resolution No. 13-NQ/HU of the 20th Conference of the District Party Executive Committee, term XVII, on a number of key targets and tasks for 2025, in conjunction with the programs and plans on socio-economic development of the district that have been issued.

The District People's Committee continues to effectively implement Plan No. 121-KH/HU of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on sustainable agricultural development associated with high-tech application for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030; Project on restructuring the agricultural sector of Dak Doa district for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Continue to direct the implementation of drought prevention and control solutions for the 2024-2025 Winter-Spring crop. Focus on preparing to implement the 2025 winter-spring crop production plan.

Focus on applying scientific and technological advances in agricultural production; expanding linkage models in production, transforming crop structure; managing the quality of plant varieties, livestock, agricultural materials, food hygiene and safety for agricultural products; diversifying products that meet OCOP standards.

Synchronously and effectively implement 3 National Target Programs; accelerate the implementation of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the district to ensure the right beneficiaries and house construction progress according to the general policy of the province.

Strengthening forest management and protection, forest fire prevention and control in the dry season; taking good care of the planted forest area over the years, preparing conditions for forest planting according to the 2025 plan. Effectively implementing the Resolution of the District People's Council on adjusting the land use planning to 2030 and the first year land use plan of the land use planning. Continuing to promote administrative reform, reviewing and promptly resolving administrative procedures in the land sector for citizens.

Focus on tourism development in 2025. Strengthen the direction of state budget collection. Effectively use budget resources to invest in key projects for socio-economic development. Create conditions for investors to soon start investing in the district's industrial cluster No. 2 project. Strictly implement the management, supervision and implementation of public investment projects, ensuring that investment projects must comply with approved planning and plans.

Pay full, timely and effective attention to social security policies. Continue to effectively implement sustainable poverty reduction, vocational training and job creation for workers in the district, increase the rate of trained workers and workers with jobs according to the targets set out in the Resolution.
