Social security, education, vocational training associated with job creation have achieved many positive results; the poverty rate in ethnic minority areas has decreased to 2.62%, near-poverty to 8.11%.

In the period of 2024-2029, Ninh Phuoc district continues to set the goal of comprehensively developing the socio-economy of ethnic minority areas, especially in extremely difficult areas; promoting economic growth associated with economic restructuring and crop and livestock restructuring towards commodity production; improving people's knowledge, improving people's material and spiritual life; actively preserving and promoting national cultural identity; building the great national unity bloc, building Ninh Phuoc district to meet advanced new rural standards. Striving for the average income per capita of ethnic minority areas to increase by 2.1 times compared to present; annually reducing 1-1.2% of poor ethnic minority households; 100% of communes in ethnic minority areas to maintain and raise the level of communes to meet new rural standards; fostering, training, and vocational training for ethnic minority workers to reach over 80%...
