This morning, November 29, in Dong Ha City, Emulation Cluster No. 7 - Ministry of Public Security, including 5 provinces: Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, held a conference to summarize the emulation movement "For National Security" in 2024. Deputy Director of the Department of Party and Political Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General Le Hong Hiep; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Ly Kieu Van attended the conference.

In 2024, the Public Security of the provinces in Emulation Cluster No. 7 made efforts to innovate and create, linking the emulation movement "For National Security" with other emulation movements and campaigns launched by the central and local levels, creating strong changes in awareness and action, motivating officers and soldiers to enthusiastically compete to make achievements, excellently completing all aspects of work, effectively serving the task of socio-economic development of the locality.

In particular, the Police of 5 provinces have focused on effectively fighting all types of crimes, especially criminal crimes, drug crimes, high-tech crimes, and inter-provincial organized crimes; preventing the formation of criminal gangs; the rate of investigation and case resolution has reached over 80%.

Continue to effectively implement the Government's Project 06 on developing population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation, period 2022-2025, vision to 2030. State management of security and order is strengthened, quality and efficiency are improved; no major fires or explosions causing serious damage occur.

The movement of the entire people protecting national security continues to be widely implemented with many advanced models and examples. Administrative reform work has been effectively implemented by units. Party building and force building have been focused on by the leaders of the provincial Public Security; internal solidarity and unity; the rate of officers and soldiers who commit violations and are disciplined is low.

At the conference, representatives of units in the emulation cluster discussed and shared good experiences and creative ways to implement and improve the effectiveness of the emulation movement "For National Security"; pointed out shortcomings, limitations, and directions for overcoming in the coming time to promote the emulation movement to develop more deeply and effectively.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Party and Political Affairs, Major General Le Hong Hiep acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive results achieved by the Provincial Police in Emulation Cluster No. 7.

Requesting the Public Security of the provinces to continue to unite, promote and improve the quality of the emulation movement "For National Security" to ensure practicality and effectiveness; focusing on praising and replicating advanced models to create motivation to strive for emulation among officers and soldiers, contributing to effectively performing the task of ensuring political security, social order and safety in the area, serving the task of socio-economic development of the locality.

On this occasion, Emulation Cluster No. 7 organized a vote to honor the emulation title for the Public Security of the provinces in the cluster and organized the handover of the 2025 Emulation Cluster Leader to the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police.
