Emulation cluster No. 5 summarizes emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of 2024

This afternoon, August 30, in Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Provincial Social Insurance (deputy head of Emulation Cluster No. 5) held a conference to review the emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024 of the cluster. Deputy General Director of Vietnam Social Security Chu Manh Sinh attended the conference. Emulation Cluster No. 5 includes Social Insurance of the provinces and cities: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien - Hue and Da Nang City. In 2024, Da Nang City Social Insurance was elected as the cluster head.

Implementing the directives and guidelines of Vietnam Social Security on emulation and reward work, from the beginning of 2024, Emulation Cluster No. 5 organized a conference to deploy emulation and reward work in 2024 and signed the emulation covenant in 2024 with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, flexibility, creativity, professionalism, efficiency, innovation, development, and excellent achievements towards the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Social Security on February 16 (1995 - 2025)".

In the process of implementing emulation and reward work, Social Insurance of provinces and cities under Emulation Cluster No. 5 always received the attention of leadership and direction of Vietnam Social Insurance, Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of provinces and cities with the creation of favorable conditions for Social Insurance of provinces and cities to launch and effectively implement emulation movements.

The emulation movement according to each topic has been implemented synchronously and extensively by the Social Insurance of provinces and cities with goals and solutions that bring practical results; promote the strength of collectives and individuals, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks and targets.

The emulation and reward work has been directed by the Party Committees and leaders of Social Insurance in provinces and cities, and is considered a driving force to promote, encourage and motivate civil servants, public employees and workers to strive to complete assigned tasks.

Mass organizations have promoted their roles and responsibilities in organizing, propagating, and responding to emulation movements, thereby creating a combined strength to implement emulation movements.

The team of civil servants, public employees and workers are regularly trained and fostered to improve their professional and technical capacity; always promote the spirit of self-reliance, solidarity, unity, actively participate and enthusiastically respond to emulation movements launched by the Social Insurance of provinces and cities...

Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of 2024, Emulation Cluster No. 5 will closely follow the direction of Vietnam Social Security, provinces and cities and closely coordinate with departments, branches and sectors to implement the proposed programs and work plans and comprehensively complete the assigned tasks and targets.

Resolve and implement social insurance and voluntary insurance policies and regimes to ensure full and timely coverage to participants and beneficiaries, contributing to supporting and stabilizing people's lives. Continue to promote administrative procedure reform; review and propose simplification of administrative procedures; publicize and make administrative procedures transparent...

Effectively implement the Government's Project "Developing applications on population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030"... Review, consolidate and arrange the organizational apparatus towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations. Well organize activities towards the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Social Security on February 16 (1995 - 2025)".

On this occasion, the President awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to the Planning and Finance Department (Social Insurance of Quang Binh province). The General Director of Vietnam Social Security awarded the Emulation Flag of Vietnam Social Security to Da Nang City Social Insurance; the Emulation Flag of Vietnam Social Security to the Social Insurance of Nhu Thanh, Nga Son, Tho Xuan, Thuong Xuan, Quan Hoa districts (Thanh Hoa province), Anh Son, Hung Nguyen, Yen Thanh (Nghe An province), Le Thuy (Quang Binh province), Hoa Vang (Da Nang city) for their outstanding achievements, leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2022 and 2023.
