On November 2, the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that soldiers from the An Lac Traffic Police Team had just helped take a woman about to give birth to the hospital for emergency treatment.
At around 7am on November 1, Major Tran Thanh Sang, an officer of the An Lac Traffic Police Team, was on duty to regulate traffic at the intersection of Highway 1 and Duong Dinh Cuc. At this time, the driver of a 7-seat car carrying Ms. Nguyen Thi Be Nga (40 years old, from Ben Tre) whose water broke, came to ask for help leading the way.

After reporting to the unit, Major Tran Thanh Sang used a special motorcycle to lead the way and promptly took the pregnant woman to Tu Du Hospital for emergency treatment. After arriving at the hospital, Ms. Nga gave birth to two baby girls, and the health of the mother and the two babies was stable.
Previously, on the evening of October 24, two officers from the Da Phuoc Traffic Police Station also used a special motorbike to lead the way, promptly taking a pregnant woman to Hung Vuong Hospital for emergency treatment.
After arriving at the hospital, the male driver thanked the task force. The two traffic police officers then returned to their positions to continue their duties.
