On December 9, a clip recording the scene of a traffic police officer using a special motorbike to transport a father holding a young child who was having a seizure to the emergency room was shared on social media.
Through verification, the incident occurred on the afternoon of December 8, in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The traffic police officer appearing in the clip is Major Nguyen Minh Thai, Cat Lai Traffic Police Team, Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police.

At around 4:20 p.m. the same day, Major Thai was on duty directing traffic at the Mai Chi Tho - Luong Dinh Cua intersection, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City. At that time, a father carrying a young child with a high fever and convulsions came to the traffic police for help in taking his child to the emergency room.
At that time, Major Nguyen Minh Thai immediately reported to the command, then used a special motorbike to transport the father and son to Children's Hospital 2 for timely emergency treatment and then returned to the mission location.
