Official dispatch on soliciting public opinion on State-level rewards

Quang Nam Department of Home Affairs has just issued an Official Dispatch on collecting public opinions on State-level rewards. The content of the dispatch clearly states:

The Department of Home Affairs has received the dossiers of proposals for State-level commendation from collectives and individuals of agencies, units and localities. Pursuant to the provisions of Point c, Clause 5, Article 17, Decision No. 10/2024/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2024 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province promulgating the Regulations on emulation and commendation work; to have a basis for advising the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council to meet, consider and propose forms of State-level commendation for collectives and individuals to ensure compliance with regulations. The Department of Home Affairs (Standing Agency of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council) respectfully requests that Quang Nam Radio and Television Station, Quang Nam Newspaper and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal pay attention to and post information to collect public opinions on the proposal for State-level commendation for 01 collective and 17 individuals, including:

1. First Class Labor Medal for 01 individual:

– Mr. Vo Xuan Ca, Former Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Former Head of the Propaganda Department of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.

2. Second Class Labor Medal for 01 collective and 05 individuals:

– Quang Nam Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company

– Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh, Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Council

– Mr. Nguyen Duc, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council

– Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thu, Head of the Culture and Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council

– Mr. Pham Viet Tich, Former Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

– Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc, Head of Documents and Propaganda Department, Department of Justice

3. Third Class Labor Medal for 11 individuals:

– Ms. Doan Thi Hoai Nhi, Deputy Director of the Department of Health of Quang Nam province (former Deputy Director – Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Nam province);

– Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoang, Deputy Director of Quang Nam Northern Mountainous Region General Hospital

– Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phung, Head of Judicial Support Department, Department of Justice of Quang Nam province

– Mr. Ha Duc Tien, Head of the Legal Committee of the People's Council of Quang Nam province

– Ms. Le Thi Nhu Thuy, Head of the Propaganda – Organization – Ethnicity – Religion Department, agency – Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province

– Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Phu town, Que Son district,

– Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Deputy Chief of Office of Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Nam province

– Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ba, Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tien Phuoc District Party Committee

– Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man, Deputy Head of Education and Training Department of Tien Phuoc district

– Ms. Vu Thi Phuong Anh, Principal of Quang Nam College

– Mr. Ha Van Ngoc, Principal of Nguyen Hien High School, Department of Education and Training of Quang Nam.

We respectfully request that Quang Nam Radio and Television Station, Quang Nam Newspaper and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal pay attention and coordinate in implementation, and send a written response to the Department of Home Affairs before April 10, 2025 for synthesis and consultation for commendation according to regulations.
