Inspection and supervision work contributes to building a clean and strong Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee, creating a favorable environment to promote socio-economic development.

Party committees , party organizations and inspection committees at all levels have synchronously, comprehensively and effectively implemented inspection and supervision tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter. Since the beginning of the term (2021-2024), Party committees , party organizations and inspection committees at all levels have inspected 4,905 party organizations and 7,816 party members; supervised 3,607 party organizations and 9,064 party members on a thematic basis. Of which, Party committees and inspection committees at all levels inspected 335 party organizations and 685 party members when there were signs of violations; concluded that 322 party organizations (accounting for 96.11%) and 657 party members (accounting for 95.91%) had shortcomings and violations, violations to the extent that disciplinary action had to be taken against 6 party organizations and 156 party members . Through inspection and supervision, the advantages have been properly assessed to promote, limitations and shortcomings of party organizations and party members have been pointed out to overcome, rectify, and promptly and strictly handle violations. Party committees, party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels have disciplined 16 party organizations (11 reprimands, 5 warnings) and 827 party members (543 reprimands, 167 warnings, 27 dismissals, 90 expulsions) .

The above results show that the inspection and supervision work has contributed to creating positive changes in the ideology, awareness and actions of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members, first of all the heads of Party committees and Party organizations at all levels in the inspection and supervision work; correctly implementing the principles, authority and procedures according to regulations; the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection and supervision work have been increasingly improved; Party organizations and Party members under inspection and supervision strictly comply with the conclusions, receiving high consensus from cadres, Party members and people. From there, it has contributed significantly to the work of Party building and rectification, preventing and stopping the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation". of cadres and party members, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, strengthening discipline and order, creating solidarity and unity within the Party; creating a favorable environment to promote the province's socio -economic development; political security is maintained and stable. The targets on Party building and socio-economic work of the province have all met and exceeded the targets set by the resolution: Every year, the rate of grassroots party organizations and party members classified as having good quality in completing their tasks is 90% or more; economic growth in 2024 is estimated at 10.04%; Per capita income in 2024 is estimated at 94.36 million VND/person/year, an increase of 31.21 million VND/person/year compared to 2021. Key investment projects and works in the province have been accelerated, such as: The channel project for large tonnage ships into Hau River phase 2, Dai Ngai bridge construction project, wind power project, Tra Vinh green hydrogen production plant, Tra Vinh biomass power plant... have contributed to the successful completion of the political tasks of the unit and locality, especially the completion of the task of building new rural areas of the province.

In order to fulfill the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, and create conditions and premises for the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress for the 2026-2031 term, the Party's inspection and supervision work must continue to be strengthened and promoted effectively. From now until the end of the 2020-2025 term, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee need to focus on leading, directing, and implementing well a number of key tasks, as follows:

Firstly, lead and direct Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels to continue to implement and thoroughly grasp the regulations, decisions, announcements, and conclusions of the Central Committee on the Party's inspection, supervision, and discipline work, especially Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; instructions and plans of the Central Inspection Commission and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work, inspection, and supervision work to serve Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Focus on promptly resolving petitions, complaints, and denunciations against Party organizations and Party members, especially cadres related to personnel of Party committees, Inspection Commissions, and delegates attending Party congresses to serve Party congresses at all levels.

Second, lead and direct the organization to successfully complete the contents of the Inspection and Supervision Program for 2025 and the entire term of 2020-2025 set by Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels. Inspection Committees at all levels shall synchronously, comprehensively and effectively implement inspection and supervision tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter , focusing on inspection when there are signs of violations in areas prone to negativity; the implementation of regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, the responsibility to set an example; signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle. Strengthen and expand thematic supervision of Party organizations in conjunction with supervision of the responsibility of leaders. Inspect and supervise the declaration of assets and income according to regulations ... Through inspection and supervision, clarify the advantages to promote, point out the limitations and shortcomings to overcome; direct the consideration and strict handling of party organizations and party members who violate in accordance with the Party's regulations.

Third, the Inspection Committees at all levels proactively and effectively implement the coordination regulations with relevant Party organizations and agencies in performing the tasks of inspection, supervision and Party discipline; improve the effectiveness of coordination in performing the Party's inspection and supervision work with the State's inspection work, the supervision work of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. Effectively coordinate, report and exchange information between Party committees and Inspection Committees at lower levels with Inspection Committees at higher levels in performing the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline tasks. Promote the dissemination and propaganda of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work on mass media.

Fourth, further promote the role and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels, especially leaders in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision work. Uphold the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, combativeness, and exemplary role of Inspection Commission cadres at all levels; build a team of inspection cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation./.
