Party Congress of the Department of Localities III, term 2025-2027

On the afternoon of March 26, 2025, the Party Cell of the Area III Department under the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. Comrade Hoang Van Tra, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Agency, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission attended and directed the Congress.

Also attending were comrade Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, member of the Central Inspection Commission and all party members of the Party Cell of the Area III Department.

The Party Committee of the Regional Department III Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term was introduced to the Congress.

The Party Cell of the Department of Locality III currently has 18 active Party members, including 01 comrade who is the Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission. In the 2022-2025 term, the Party Cell has proactively coordinated with the Department's leaders in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, inspection and supervision programs and plans approved by the Standing Committee of the Committee; actively and proactively followed the direction of the members of the Committee in charge of the Department, maintained the regime of activities, meetings, consultations, regularly encouraged cadres and Party members in the Party Cell to overcome difficulties, strive and complete the annual work programs and plans of the term, notably: Advising and organizing the implementation of 21 inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement delegations of the Central Inspection Commission, including 05 inspections when there were signs of violations; sending cadres to participate in inspection delegations of the Politburo, Secretariat, and Central Inspection Commission; grasp the local situation, advise on handling and resolving petitions, complaints and party discipline. Cadres and party members uphold a sense of responsibility, affirm their steadfast political will, high fighting spirit, and complete assigned tasks and plans with increasing progress, quality and efficiency. Party cells and many cadres and party members are commended and rewarded.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Van Tra, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency highly appreciated the preparation and organization of the Congress of the Party Cell of the Department of Localities III. During the past term, the Party Cell has strived to comprehensively complete the assigned tasks, especially in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, completing a large amount of work, which was recognized by the leaders of the Central Inspection Commission and the Agency. Agreeing with the direction and tasks set out in the 2025-2027 term of the Party Cell, Comrade Hoang Van Tra suggested that the Party Cell should pay attention to and improve the quality of Party cell activities; lead and motivate cadres and Party members to promote their capacity and expertise in inspection, supervision, and grasp the situation of Party organizations and Party members in the assigned area; proactively advise on tasks to adapt to the political system model after implementing the arrangement and streamlining; Raise awareness of cadres and party members about digital transformation and information technology, create changes in leadership methods, direction and management, working style, working manners, and improve work efficiency. The Party cell grasps the situation and does a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and party members, builds a united and strong collective, contributing to the overall achievements of the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Department of Localities III for the 2025-2027 term.

The Congress approved the Report on the assessment of the results of the Party Cell's implementation of tasks for the 2022-2025 term; directions, goals, and tasks for the 2025-2027 term. Promoting the achieved results, the Party Cell continues to strive to achieve the title of clean and strong; focus on leadership, improve the quality and efficiency of professional work, complete 100% of the tasks according to the annual work program and plan assigned by the Standing Committee of the Committee and arising and unexpected tasks.

With the spirit of solidarity, democracy and responsibility, the Congress unanimously elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades; elected comrade Tran Quoc Binh, Department Head, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary of Department III; elected comrade Vu Ngoc Hung, Deputy Department Head, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary; elected a delegation to attend the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 07 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates.
