The Party Committee of the IIA Regional Department Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term was introduced to the Congress.

Although the Party Cell of the IIA Area Department has just been established, it has always received the attention, leadership and close direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Agency's leaders. Thanks to that, the Party Cell and the Department have gradually operated in an orderly and stable manner, achieving certain results that have been recognized by the Agency's Head and higher-level Party Committees.

With a spirit of frankness, democracy and sense of responsibility, the Congress of the Party Cell of the IIA Area Department focused on discussing and approving the directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2027 term; contributing opinions to the draft documents of the Party Congress of the Central Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Congress unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the First Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term, striving to build the Party Cell to achieve the title of " Excellent clean and strong Party Cell "; 100% of Party members completed their tasks well, of which at least 20 % were excellent Party members, and proposed to be commended by superiors . The Party Cell continued to innovate the content and form, improve the quality of Party Cell activities; strengthen exchanges and discussions on measures and solutions to lead Party members to perform professional tasks with increasingly higher quality and efficiency.

Comrade Tran Thi Hien, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency gave a speech directing the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Thi Hien, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, agreed with the directions and tasks presented at the Congress; and emphasized a number of contents: Building a united Party cell, political and ideological education work needs to continue to be given top priority. Each cadre and Party member must constantly train, improve political awareness, maintain a firm stance and ideology in all situations. The Party cell needs to strengthen leadership and direction to improve the quality of work, ensure the implementation of tasks on schedule, with high efficiency; especially the implementation of Plan No. 219 of the Central Inspection Commission on implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; Plan No. 218 of the Central Inspection Commission on implementing Conclusion 127 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on deploying, researching, and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system; Plan No. 93 of the Central Inspection Commission to guide, urge, and inspect the implementation of the digital transformation project in the Party agencies of the Agency; strengthen the application of information technology in management and operation of work to meet the requirements of the digital transformation period. Promote emulation movements, motivate cadres and Party members to strive to complete assigned tasks well. Build Party cells that are truly the core of leadership, closely linked with mass organizations in the department and in the Agency.

At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency announced the decision to appoint the Party Cell Executive Committee of the Department of Localities IIA for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades; appointing comrade Hoang Cong Huan, Director of the Department of Localities IIA, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; appointing comrade Tran Duc Dinh, Deputy Director of the Department, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress also elected 06 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates to attend the Party Congress of the Central Inspection Commission Agency for the 2025-2030 term.
