Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

On the morning of March 26, the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025) while also celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Diplomatic Sector.

This is an opportunity for leaders, civil servants and youth union members of the Department of Foreign Affairs to review traditions and affirm the role of youth in the cause of building and developing the sector.

Photo exhibition "50 years of imprints - Unforgettable moments".

One of the highlights of the program is the opening of the photo exhibition "50 years of imprints - Unforgettable moments", recreating the half-century journey of formation and development of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs.

The images displayed at the Exhibition provided a realistic view of important milestones and contributions of generations of officials, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Foreign Affairs in the city's foreign affairs work.

In addition, the program also included a dialogue between the Party Committee - Board of Directors of the Department and the Department's Youth Union. Here, the youth unions introduced 8 youth projects to be implemented in 2025, demonstrating creativity and responsibility in enhancing self-worth, contributing to the development of the youth union and youth movement at the Department of Foreign Affairs.

In particular, the Q&A session between the Party Committee - Board of Directors and the Youth Union took place enthusiastically. The keywords "dedication" and "thinking of striving" were emphasized by the Department's leaders, as a guideline to encourage union members to continue to nurture their passion for diplomacy, ready to adapt to new contexts and situations.
