The Phu Son Ward Party Committee consists of 17 members; the Standing Committee has 6 members. The Phu Son Ward Party Committee consists of 39 subordinate Party cells with 2,131 Party members, on the basis of merging the Tan Son Ward Party Committee into the Phu Son Ward Party Committee. The Phu Son Ward Party Committee officially came into operation on January 1, 2025.

To effectively operate the political system of Phu Son ward after the merger, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Anh Xuan suggested that the Phu Son Ward Party Committee should strengthen, maintain and promote the spirit of solidarity and unity among Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Proactively review and amend the working regulations of the Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee. Based on the targets and tasks assigned by the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee in 2025, develop a plan and assign tasks to ensure clear people and clear work in organizing the implementation of tasks associated with specific completion times. Lead and direct the early completion of the apparatus of the People's Council and People's Committee of Phu Son ward to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations; effectively resolve issues arising after the merger. Create the most favorable conditions for people, agencies and businesses to convert documents.
