On the evening of November 19, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with Anphabe Company - a market research unit, held a ceremony to announce and award the "100 best workplaces in Vietnam in 2024".
Ms. Thanh Nguyen, CEO and Happiness Inspiration of Anphabe Company, and Head of the award organizing committee, said that the survey and announcement of the list of 100 best workplaces in Vietnam is an important measure to evaluate the attractiveness of the employer brand. This list is based on 5 stages of attracting talent, including: Recognition, interest, application, desire and priority selection; at the same time, the important criteria framework for the ideal working environment is also built on the opinions and objective expectations of employees at businesses. From there, the organizing committee gives the ranking results in a transparent and comprehensive manner.
According to the results announced, Unilever Vietnam leads the list of 100 best places to work in the large enterprise sector, while Pepsico tops the medium enterprise sector. These results are compiled from the votes of 65,000 experienced workers nationwide, evaluating more than 700 reputable enterprises in 18 key industries.
Mr. Vo Tan Thanh, Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, said that the program "100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" is increasingly spreading strongly in the labor and business community. Honoring businesses this time not only recognizes outstanding efforts in caring for the lives of workers but also provides an opportunity for units to orient their leadership thinking, exchange, learn from experiences as well as share effective human resource management strategies. From there, businesses can develop together sustainably and contribute positively to the overall development of the country.
According to a survey by Anphabe, the Vietnamese economy is currently showing many positive signs. Specifically, 33% of businesses have planned to expand their workforce to meet increased production needs. Thanks to the economic recovery, 60% of workers received a salary increase this year, compared to only 15% last year. In addition, 49% of workers feel happy with their current job. This means that one in two workers is satisfied and happy with their job.
The program not only recognizes the proud achievements of businesses but also motivates units to continuously improve the quality of the working environment, meeting the increasing expectations of employees and the community.
