Previously, on July 25, Ms. LTN (residing in Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) received a call from a person claiming to be a police officer of Quang Ninh province, threatening and accusing Ms. N. of participating and being an accomplice in a money laundering and drug trafficking group. The suspect asked Ms. LTN to declare her personal history, some work and travel history from March 15 to present, and the amount of money currently in her bank account.
