About the Judicial Academy

The Judicial Academy is a public higher education institution under the Supreme People's Court, established to train and foster a team of judicial officers with political qualities, professional ethics and solid professional capacity. This is the only place in Vietnam today that directly trains bachelors of law specializing in adjudication to serve the People's Court system.

With its special mission, the Academy not only focuses on providing in-depth legal knowledge but also on training professional skills such as trial skills, litigation skills, and case file research. The training program combines theory and practice, through simulated court sessions and internships at People's Courts at all levels.

As the "cradle" of training human resources for the judiciary, the Court Academy has affirmed its special position in the Vietnamese education and legal system.
