Bank stocks "soar", VN-Index continues to increase by more than 15 points

NDO - In the trading session on November 6, buying power increased strongly towards the end of the session, in which industry groups such as banking, securities, and industrial real estate competed to improve. The group of pillar stocks VN30 closed with 29 codes increasing, in which codes such as: TCB, ACB, MBB, VCB, GVR, BCM, TPB, POW broke out, helping the main indices fly high. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 15.52 points to 1,261.28 points.

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than 12,103.26 billion VND.

Foreign investors net sold 383 billion VND on HoSE. On the buying side, KDC was the most net bought (79 billion VND), followed by HPG (67 billion VND), VNM (51 billion VND)... On the contrary, SSI was the most net sold (73 billion VND), followed by BCM (66 billion VND), STB (58 billion VND)...

Today's session, VN30 stocks closed with only MWG at reference, the rest increased.

Of which, GVR increased the most by 5.14% to VND33,750/share, followed by BCM and CTG both increasing by 2.43%, TPB increased by 2.42%, POW increased by 2.16%, TCB increased by 1.92%, STB increased by 1.87%, HPG increased by 1.7%, VRE increased by 1.69%, MBB increased by 1.64%, MSN increased by 1.5%, FPT increased by 1.51%, ACB increased by 1.41%, BID increased by 1.37%, HDB increased by 1.34%, VJC increased by 1.35%, VIC increased by 1.21%, SSI increased by 1.15%.

The remaining codes: BVH, GAS, PLX, SAB, SHB, SSB, VCB, VHM, VIB, VNM, VPB increased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, banking stocks traded most actively, competing to improve. Besides the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB increased by 0.78%, LPB increased by 0.46%, MSB increased by 2.12%, OCB increased by 0.93%, NAB increased by 0.31%.

Steel stocks, except for DTL, which fell 3.06% to VND11,100/share and HMC, which stopped at the reference price, all improved. Specifically, HPG increased by 1.7%, HSG increased by 1.75%, NKG increased by 2.15%, SMC increased by 1.89%, and TLH increased by 1.45%.

The group of securities stocks closed in almost all green, with AGR up 3.67%, BSI up 1.57%, CTS up 2.14%, FTS up 1.29%, HCM up 1.73%, ORS up 2.16%, SSI up 1.15%, TCI up 0.12%, TVS up 1.18%, VCI up 2.49%, VDS up 3.33%, VIX up 1.89%, VND up 2.44%, DSE stopped at reference. On the contrary, APG down 0.54%, TVB down 0.22%.

Real estate stocks also raced to break out, in which codes such as: KBC, LDG, QCG, SIP, SZC hit the ceiling, TIP increased by 5.77%, LHG increased by 5.2%, NBB increased by 3.39%, IJC increased by 3.04%, AGG increased by 2.93%, DTA increased by 2.5%, D2D increased by 2.06%, SZL increased by 1.94%...

* The Vietnamese stock market index today increased strongly towards the end of the session, VNXALL-Index closed up 27.78 points (+1.35%), to 2,090.35 points. Liquidity of the whole market, with trading volume reaching 548.02 million units, corresponding to trading value reaching 14,602.59 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 311 stocks increasing in price, 78 stocks remaining unchanged and 65 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 227.76 points, up 2.91 points (+1.29%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 41.13 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND945.08 billion. The entire floor had 115 stocks increasing, 61 stocks remaining unchanged and 36 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 9.23 points (+1.91%) to 491.27 points. Trading volume reached about 28.62 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND781.99 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 23 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 2 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 92.71 points, up 0.80 points (+0.87%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 24.90 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 389.17 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 187 stocks increasing, 89 stocks remaining unchanged and 62 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 15.52 points (+1.25%) to 1,261.28 points. Liquidity reached over 566.33 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND14,160.16 billion. The entire floor had 312 stocks increasing, 56 stocks remaining unchanged and 61 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 16.21 points (+1.23%) and stood at 1,329.56 points. Liquidity reached over 200.88 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND6,436.07 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 29 stocks increasing, 1 stock remaining unchanged and 0 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HPG (over 20.99 million units), KBC (over 20.29 million units), DXG (over 17.45 million units), VPB (over 16.23 million units), TCB (over 15.68 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were VGC (7.00%), SZC (6.99%), DXV (6.95%), QNP (6.91%), SIP (6.89%).
