Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG), registered to sell 2 million NLG shares for the purpose of restructuring personal finances. The transaction is expected to be carried out during the period from May 19 to June 17, by order matching on the stock exchange or by negotiation.
In the session on May 16, NLG shares were traded at VND33,150/share. At this price, Mr. Quang will earn VND66.3 billion. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Quang will still hold 44.45 million shares, equivalent to 11.57%.
NLG shares have been on a tear since late March 2023. The stock has nearly doubled since its November 2022 low.
At Hoang Quan Real Estate Trading and Service Consulting JSC (HQC), Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Phuong - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors registered to sell nearly 18.2 million shares from May 17 to June 11. Ms. Phuong can earn about 89 billion VND. Ms. Phuong is also known as the wife of Mr. Truong Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoang Quan Real Estate.
HQC shares have recorded a strong increase recently. At the end of the trading session on May 16, HQC shares reached 4,660 VND/share, nearly double the price compared to the beginning of January.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy General Director of Dat Xanh Group (DXG), registered to sell 290,000 shares from May 19 to June 16. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Son will still hold more than 300,000 shares, accounting for 0.05%.
Previously, Mr. Luong Tri Thao - Deputy General Director, brother of Mr. Luong Tri Thin, Chairman of DXG Board of Directors, announced the successful sale of 5.2 million DXG shares from April 26 to May 11. Mr. Thao could earn 76 billion VND.
Closing session on May 16, DXG's price was 14,500 VND/share, a sharp increase compared to the beginning of March.

According to BIDV Securities (BSC), the market fluctuated around 1,065 points throughout the session. The breadth was positive with 10/19 sectors gaining points, of which the oil and gas sector led the increase. On the other hand, the retail sector fell the most.
The market is testing the 1,065-point balance level and this trend is likely to continue in the short term.
