On April 17, within the framework of the P4G Vietnam Summit 2025, a session called “Dialogue between leaders and businesses: Public-private partnership promotes innovation and sustainable development” took place.
Attending the Dialogue session were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed; Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Heads of Delegations, Ambassadors, Senior Officials, representatives of international and regional organizations; research institutes, business communities of various countries, and leaders of Vietnamese ministries, branches and localities.
Technology and data are the keys to success
Speaking to senior leaders, international organizations and the business community, TH Group founder and Labor Hero Thai Huong expressed that Vietnam's hosting of the P4G event not only implements global sustainable development goals, but also resonates deeply with the nation's "aspiration to rise up in the new era. In particular, the theme of this year's Conference "Sustainable green transformation, focusing on people" is completely similar to the development philosophy that TH Group has always pursued from the very beginning.

Citing TH true MILK's own story from 2008, Ms. Thai Huong shared her journey of investing in high-tech agriculture, which originated from an urge to do something for the stature and health of future generations:
“In 2008, facing the melamine-contaminated milk incident in China, which posed a risk of causing kidney bleeding in children, we built TH Group in a systematic and closed-loop manner, with Mother Nature as the foundation, people as the focus, a sustainable development strategy, and taking advantage of all achievements of science, technology, and management science in the world to turn the impossible into possible.”
At that time, the liquid milk market in Vietnam consisted of 92% reconstituted powdered milk and 8% fresh milk. The participation of TH Group has contributed to the revolution in high-tech agriculture. Up to now, the proportion of fresh milk has increased to 60%. Reconstituted powdered milk has increased from 92% to only about 40%. The average amount of milk used in 2008 was only 8-12 liters/person, now it has increased to 25 liters. Up to now, TH Group's clean fresh milk products account for 51.9% of the fresh milk market share in Vietnam.
According to Ms. Thai Huong, that success is thanks to TH taking advantage of advanced science and technology and management science to create reasonable production costs, the best quality and price, and products that meet international standards on Vietnamese land. She also mentioned the importance of data - one of the factors that make up the success of the modern economy.
“Mastering technology and data not only helps TH optimize costs and improve labor productivity, but more importantly, it creates Fresh - Clean - Completely natural products that meet international standards, are trusted by domestic consumers and recognized by the world,” said Ms. Thai Huong.

TH grew double digits even in the most difficult market periods.
This model also allows TH to steadily grow double digits even in difficult times such as pandemics and crises. More importantly, this model contributes to shaping a green economy, a circular economy, using resources efficiently and creating sustainable livelihoods for local people, making them an important link in the value chain of TH Group.
Innovation is not just for production – but to improve the quality of life and stature of people.
One of the highlights of her speech was how Ms. Thai Huong connected green transformation with preventive healthcare and investing for the future.
According to her, investing in high-tech agriculture, creating quality food with good nutrition is investing in preventive medicine, investing in future generations, and in the sustainable development of the country: "That is the path we are taking, leading the way in the clean food industry with the determination to be "a good housewife" based on the advantages of Vietnamese land".
The TH founder also made three recommendations to promote public-private cooperation in green transformation:
Firstly, there needs to be appropriate mechanisms and policies to guide and encourage businesses to create leading birds in each industry.
Second, it is necessary to share data and experience among businesses, together promoting national digital transformation and developing the data economy.
Third, link economic growth with quality of life and human development, putting people at the center of all innovation strategies.

TH has just announced 2 factories reaching carbon neutrality.
2 key factories achieve carbon neutrality: A step demonstrating TH's green commitment
Right before the P4G event, TH Group announced an important milestone: TH Milk Joint Stock Company and Nui Tien Pure Water Company Limited were certified to achieve carbon neutral status according to PAS 2060:2014 standard. Carbon neutral status will be achieved in phase 1 in 2023 and committed to maintain according to PAS 2060 standard until at least 2028.
These are the first two enterprises in Vietnam to be certified carbon neutral by Control Union – a prestigious international organization, after the process of inventorying greenhouse gases and implementing a series of emission reduction solutions. Such as: using solar power, converting boilers to burning biomass, planting trees, reducing plastic, collecting packaging for recycling, participating in carbon offset projects that meet international standards, contributing to environmental protection and supporting local communities, etc.

TH is committed to continuing to implement emission reduction initiatives and moving towards carbon neutrality at its member units, such as dairy farms and other factories.
In the frank and open dialogue atmosphere of P4G 2025 - the largest multilateral conference on green growth hosted by Vietnam, Ms. Thai Huong's sharing was not only inspirational, but also showed a practical, sustainable and replicable development model.
“With the determination of the Government, the dynamism of the business community and the close cooperation between public-private partners, I believe that Vietnam will successfully seize the opportunities from the fourth industrial revolution, successfully achieve the goal of green growth, and truly enter a new era, an era of national growth, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as our President Ho Chi Minh always wished,” said Ms. Thai Huong.
