Whenever friends or relatives sit down to connect and chat, singing is always a catalyst to evoke, erase distance and bring positive energy. Understanding and wanting to promote this unique feature of Vietnamese identity, Lac Viet Beer - a brand created by Vietnamese people for Vietnamese people, launched the 3rd season of the "Star of all joys" contest nationwide.

This is considered a strong continuation that fully inherits the spirit and success of the contest "Singing Joyfully" in 2021 and "Star of All Fun" season 2 in 2022.

The third season will have the theme "Singing out love" with the desire to spread positive and optimistic values to everyone, thereby encouraging the expression of each individual's emotions to family, friends and, more broadly, to the homeland and country.

The contest started on June 16 and lasted for 2 months with 4 rounds according to separate themes, respectively: Singing for love of oneself (Qualifying round), Singing for love of others (Provincial round), Singing for love of homeland (Regional round) and Singing for love of Vietnam (Final round).

As planned, the qualifying round will take place from June 16 to July 7, 2023 in both online and in-person formats so that all candidates nationwide can register to participate and compete.

For online contestants, players will perform a duet of the theme song “Star of all fun” according to the available video template and post it on TikTok or Facebook with the program’s hashtag. The competition score will be based on the total number of votes on the two social media channels and the judges’ evaluation to determine the top 50 for the provincial round.

For direct contestants, players can participate in warm-up activities widely organized at Lac Viet Beer brand points of sale in 16 provinces and cities in the Central, South Central, Eastern, Tien River and Hau River regions to get acquainted and receive valuable gifts.

They can then compete in the Qualifying Round in the 16 provinces and cities mentioned above with a song of their choice to express their optimism. The test scores will be based on both the karaoke machine scores and the prestigious musicians accompanying the program, from which the top 28 for the provincial round will be found.

Singers JayKii and Orange will be the accompanying artists for the online competition and will provide professional assessments combined with audience votes to find potential voices at the Final night.

JayKii, a male singer who was widely admired by the audience after the Vietnam Idol 2013 contest, shared: “ I am eagerly waiting for potential singers to step into the light and show off their enthusiastic, energetic singing to the community. That energy and optimism is what attracts me and makes it impossible for me to miss the Star of All Fun in previous seasons .”

With Orange, the singer of famous hits such as Nguoi La Oi, Khi Em Lon, Em Hat Ai Nghe Lai, she hopes to " find emotional, simple but sincere voices to spread the positive and optimistic values that the brand and all entertainment always aim for ".
