The weather cleared up, and Phuoc Cong youth continued to dismantle and support the construction of a new house for the third year in 2025. Members of the Masonry - Welding - Wood Club did not rest, so that the 45m2 house of Ms. Ho Thi Me (village 2, Phuoc Cong commune) could be completed soon.
As a policy family, a poor household, Ms. Me was supported to build a new house according to Decision No. 90/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025. Looking at the young people working hard to mix cement, build walls, and smooth the floor, Ms. Me shared: "My house has been dilapidated for many years, and it leaks when it rains. Thanks to the government's attention and financial support, and the children who sympathize with my lonely, old grandmother, I have a solid house that can protect me from the sun and rain."

Established in March 2024, the Masonry - Welding - Carpentry Club gathers more than 10 young people with the same interests in masonry, welding, and carpentry in the commune. Divided into small groups of about 3-4 people to renovate and build new houses for people, the Club has supported 31 households since its launch.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tram - Secretary of the Phuoc Cong Commune Youth Union said: "Thanks to the pioneering members of the Ne - Han - Moc Club, who are willing to contribute, the Commune Youth Union has helped many households to quickly renovate and build houses at low cost. With the plan to eliminate 28 temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025, we will continue to maximize the pioneering spirit of union members and youth, especially members of this Club."

In 2024, Phuoc Son District Youth Union supported the dismantling and construction of auxiliary works... for 10 households. During Youth Month 2025, Phuoc Son Youth Union supported 2 new houses, including 1 household in Phuoc Cong commune. In addition to households supported under the policy, this grassroots union has gathered a large number of youth union members to participate, mobilized social resources and especially established the Masonry - Welding - Wood Club to effectively support this meaningful program. In 2025, Phuoc Son District Youth Union plans to eliminate 12 temporary and dilapidated houses.
