Transfer 4 information with signs of violation to the police

On July 16, according to a source from Giao Thong Newspaper, in the first 6 months of 2024, the Inspection Committee (IC) at all levels in Ca Mau province transferred four pieces of information with signs of law violations to the police investigation agency (CSDT).

Accordingly, regarding inspection work when there were signs of violations, the Inspection Committees at all levels in Ca Mau province inspected 9 party organizations and 14 party members; of which the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee inspected 5 party organizations and one party member.

The inspection focused on a number of areas: management and use of non-state budget funds; management and use of public land; working regulations of Party committees and personnel work... Through the inspection, it was concluded that Party organizations and Party members all had violations and shortcomings.

Of these, three Party organizations and four Party members violated the law to the extent that disciplinary action was required; the competent authority was requested to review and consider disciplinary action against 21 Party organizations and 51 Party members involved; and four pieces of information with signs of law violations were transferred to the Investigation Police Agency.

Implementing the inspection and supervision program, in the first 6 months of 2024, Party committees and organizations at all levels inspected 31 Party organizations and 201 Party members. At the same time, they supervised 25 Party organizations and 71 Party members.

Thereby, the inspection was transferred when there were signs of violations to a standing committee of the grassroots Party Committee.

Regarding the verification and declaration of assets and income, 54 party members in 8 agencies and units have been selected. Up to now, it has been concluded that 21 party members in 3 agencies and units have some limitations and shortcomings and are requested to learn from their experiences.

In addition, also in the first 6 months of 2024, Ca Mau had 158 party members disciplined, an increase of 63 cases compared to the same period in 2023.
