On the morning of January 20, Comrade Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly, and the working delegation of the National Assembly Standing Committee offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple and the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese farmers (Hoang Dieu ward, Thai Binh city).

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and members of the delegation together with provincial leaders offered incense and flower baskets to express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero, World Cultural Celebrity, beloved leader of the Vietnamese people, and outstanding international activist. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace, national independence, and people's happiness. President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his great career and noble example will live forever with the mountains and rivers of Vietnam. His ideology, morality, and style will always be the ideological foundation and compass for all actions, guiding the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.

Bearing in mind Uncle Ho's teaching that "Our National Assembly is freely elected by the entire people, is a true representative of the people of the whole country from North to South", over the past year, the National Assembly has upheld its sense of responsibility, focused its mind and intellect to solve a large and important volume of work, received high consensus and agreement from voters, with many outstanding marks, improved quality, and increasingly high professionalism and efficiency.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and delegates vowed to forever follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; constantly promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, inherit and promote the fine traditions and great achievements of the National Assembly through the ages, continue to innovate methods, improve the quality and effectiveness of the National Assembly's operations for the ultimate goal of serving the interests of the nation and people, for the happiness of the people, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and being worthy of the trust of voters. The Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh always keep in mind the special sacred feelings of Uncle Ho for Thai Binh, vow to continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, determined to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2024 as well as the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, strive to build Thai Binh into an exemplary province in all aspects as beloved Uncle Ho always wished.
