President and President of Mongolia visit Mobile Police Command

Within the framework of the state visit to Vietnam, on the morning of November 2, at the Professional Training Center, Mobile Police Command (Ministry of Public Security), Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh and President Vo Van Thuong visited and witnessed the technical and tactical performance of the Vietnamese mobile police force.

Also attending were General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, and senior officials of the two countries.

Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, State President Vo Van Thuong and delegates listened to the report on training results from the leaders of the Mobile Police Command; witnessed the technical and tactical demonstrations of the special police force, mobile police, and especially the performance of the cavalry mobile police force.

The Mobile Police is the core force implementing armed measures to protect national security and maintain social order and safety. Therefore, providing weapons and supporting tools to train and use horses in ensuring security and order in the new situation is extremely necessary.

The Ministry of Public Security was presented with horses by the Government and people of Mongolia and the establishment of the Cavalry Mobile Police Corps (Mobile Police Command) contributed to ensuring national security and maintaining social order and safety. This is also a vivid symbol of the traditional and friendly relationship between Vietnam and Mongolia.

The techniques and movements of controlling horses combined with the use of weapons require officers and soldiers to undergo elaborate training, skillful and precise techniques... contributing to the fight against crime, ensuring national security, order and social safety.

The Cavalry Mobile Police Group is a concentrated armed combat unit, with the function of directly training and using horses to fight against crime, ensure security and order; organize training and fostering of officers and soldiers to manage, train and use horses.

Although it is a newly established unit, with the attention and support of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, especially horse training experts from Mongolia, along with the scientific and effective training process of the Mobile Police Command, the unit has achieved many achievements and high results in training and combat.
