On the afternoon of January 3, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a conference for cadres and civil servants and deployed tasks for 2025.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, comrade Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, emphasized that 2025 has a particularly important meaning with many important events of the industry and the province.
He suggested that cadres focus on thoroughly studying the system of related documents, advising the Party Committee to successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels, including proactively advising on the implementation of congress personnel work.
Proactively advise and help Party committees develop programs and plans to implement Party Congress Resolutions at all levels in the field of Party building work.
Advise on the effective implementation of the work of arranging the apparatus, staffing and job positions. Implement well the stages and procedures of personnel work on rotation, transfer, assignment, arrangement and planning of cadres. Build a clean and strong Party building organization. Continue to synchronously deploy solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, improve the quality of cadres and Party members.
In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee aims to strive for the agency to excellently complete its tasks and receive certificates of merit from the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; 100% of specialized departments will achieve the title of advanced labor collective, of which 20% of departments will excellently complete their tasks. The Party Committee strives to excellently complete its tasks and receive commendation from the higher-level Party Committee; 100% of Party cells will successfully complete their tasks; 100% of Party members will successfully complete their tasks and receive no Party members who violate the law.
In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has performed well the assigned tasks. Specialized departments have actively and proactively advised and implemented tasks to ensure time and quality.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has advised on the organization, dissemination, and serious and effective implementation of resolutions, regulations, instructions, conclusions, and documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on Party building and political system building in the fields of personnel organization, policies, training of cadres, party organizations, party members, and internal political protection work.
In particular, it promptly advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue plans and instructions on a number of contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; established subcommittees to assist the congress; carried out rotation, transfer, appointment, and arrangement one step before the congress for the team of cadres, leaders and managers at all levels...
On this occasion, the Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee awarded 3 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in Party building and organization work in 2024.
