Office 1 Party Cell, Central Inspection Commission Party Committee held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term

Attending the Congress were comrade Tran Thi Kim Oanh, Chief of Office of the Agency, and Deputy Chiefs of Office of the Agency: Nguyen Van Thanh, Tran Trong Dai, Nguyen Quyet Chien and party members of Office 1.

Overview of the Congress.

Office Party Cell 1 is a Party Cell directly under the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission; under the direct and regular leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission.

In the 2022-2025 term, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Party Cell, the cadres and party members of Office 1 have upheld the spirit of responsibility, set an example in overcoming difficulties, and excellently completed professional tasks; always emphasized the leadership, direction, implementation, dissemination and organization of the implementation of directives, resolutions, conclusions, programs, guidance plans, regulations and decisions of the Party to the party members in the Party Cell; the party members in the Party Cell have always actively implemented the work of "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" according to Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW with specific and practical actions; the Party Cell regularly pays attention to political and ideological work; grasps the thoughts and aspirations to promptly encourage cadres and party members to stabilize their thoughts and work with peace of mind; strictly comply with the resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State; strictly implement the internal rules, regulations and provisions of the Agency and unit; attentively serve the conferences of the Committee and the Standing Committee of the Committee; meetings and summaries of the Inspection sector, conferences of cadres and civil servants; serve the Inspection Teams of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Inspection Commission; preside over the development, amendment and supplementation of a number of regulations related to document and archive work.

The Congress voted to elect the Party Committee of Office 1 for the 2025-2027 term.

Advise and organize the implementation of Plan 91 on digital transformation; deploy, train, provide professional guidance, and provide technical support for 05 software transferred by the Central Party Office and 05 software built and used by the Agency to ensure efficiency and compliance with requirements; coordinate with the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, the Central Party Office, consulting units and departments and units of the Central Inspection Commission to develop professional processes to meet the requirements of digital transformation at the Commission and the Central Inspection Commission; ensure that the Agency's computer network system operates stably; ensure that the Lotus Notes document sending and receiving system, the Commission's Electronic Information Page, online conference transmission lines, sending/receiving electronic documents, etc. operate stably.

Advise the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Trade Union to develop and organize the implementation of the Work Program for 2022, 2023, and 2024 according to the working regulations; carry out procedures for transferring internal party activities, introduce transfers of party activities, and manage and update party member records according to regulations. In the 2022-2025 term, the Party Cell organized 31 regular meetings and 04 thematic meetings; effectively implemented the Resolution of the Party Committee of the Agency on building a "Typical clean and strong" Party Committee. The results of the classification of Party cells and Party members: 100% of Party members were classified as having completed their tasks well, of which 04 Party members were classified as having "completed their tasks excellently" and were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Party Committee of the Agency (in 2022, 2023, 2024); the Party Cell was classified as having completed its tasks well. Every year, based on the program, plan and guidance documents of the Party Committee of the Agency, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency, the Party Cell has issued an Inspection and Supervision Program. During the term, the Party Cell has conducted specialized inspections and supervisions of 08 Party members, and regularly supervised 100% of Party members in the Party Cell.

At the Congress, the opinions discussed focused on deepening the content of the Political Report of the Congress; clarifying the achieved results, pointing out the shortcomings, limitations, causes and proposing solutions to overcome them in the coming term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Thi Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, congratulated the achievements of Office 1 Party Cell in the 2022-2025 term. Comrade Tran Thi Hien requested Office 1 Party Cell to continue promoting the achieved results, striving to excellently complete the assigned tasks in the 2025-2027 term; gradually improve the quality of work, effectively implement digital transformation, IT application in the Central Inspection Commission and the Inspection sector; create conditions for cadres to participate in training courses; coordinate with departments and units inside and outside the Agency to well perform assigned tasks; promote exciting and practical emulation to motivate cadres and party members to successfully complete their tasks; strengthen education and ideology work, focus on developing new party members; improve the quality of party cell activities, inspection and supervision work, etc.

In an open and democratic spirit, the Congress discussed and gave opinions on the draft report, and elected the Party Cell Committee for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades: Comrade Nguyen Thi Nguyet, Deputy Chief of Office, was elected to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Duong Que Huong, Head of the Department of Documents and Archives, Deputy Secretary; Comrade Mai Nhat Quan, Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Transformation and Information Technology, Party Cell Committee member.
