Term 2022-2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, Party Cell, cadres and party members of the Party Cell of Department of Area II   has promoted the sense of responsibility, set an example in overcoming difficulties, and excellently completed professional tasks; the Party Cell of the Department of Locality II is always united and unified; Party members in the Cell have a firm political and ideological stance; absolutely trust in the leadership of the Party; strictly comply with resolutions, directives, regulations, decisions, conclusions of the Party, policies and laws of the State, the principle of democratic centralism, regulations and rules of the agency and the assignment of the organization; maintain qualities, ethics, and lifestyle; have a spirit of self-criticism and criticism; coordinate with the Department's leaders to direct cadres and Party members to excellently complete inspection and supervision tasks according to the annual work program and arising tasks assigned by the Committee and the Agency's leaders with a proactive, drastic and highly determined spirit; promote the sense of responsibility, solidarity and unity to successfully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term; Building a clean and strong Party cell, contributing to building the Party Committee and the Central Inspection Commission.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, assessed: During the past term, the Party Cell and Party Cell of the Department of Locality II have always maintained and promoted high concentration and solidarity in leadership, direction and task implementation - This is a basic, important and key factor helping the Department of Locality II successfully complete the assigned political tasks.

With high determination and great efforts, the Party Committee and Party Cell have coordinated with the professional staff to complete a much larger volume of inspection and supervision work than in the previous term, meeting the quality, progress and requirements set out. On the other hand, the Department of Area II has demonstrated initiative and timeliness in advising, proposing, arranging and implementing assigned tasks, helping to achieve high efficiency in the implementation of work.

Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong suggested that the Party Cell and Party Cell of the Department of Area II continue to promote the achieved results and strive to successfully complete the assigned political tasks in the 2025-2027 term. He suggested that the Party Cell quickly develop a Working Regulation and an action plan to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress in the new term to ensure the comprehensive completion of the directions and targets set out in the Resolution; the Party Committee and Party Cell strengthen leadership and direction, strictly implement the principles of democratic centralism, solidarity, and unanimity, do a good job of political and ideological work, and motivate cadres and party members to perform well their assigned tasks.

The Party Committee of the Department of Localities II was introduced to the Congress.

In an open and democratic spirit, the Congress discussed and gave opinions on the draft report, and elected the Party Committee of the Department of Localities II, including 3 comrades: Trieu Van Chien, Pham Ngoc Quynh and Dang Tran Kien; elected comrade Trieu Van Chien, Director of the Department of Localities II, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary, and comrade Pham Ngoc Quynh, Deputy Director of the Department of Localities II, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress elected a delegation to attend the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2025-2030 term, including 08 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates.
