Big fire at event service store in Hanoi

TPO - On the afternoon of March 10, a large fire broke out at a store providing event organization and sound and lighting services in Hanoi. The incident affected 4 surrounding houses.

According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 1:00 p.m. the same day at a store that sells event organization, sound and lighting equipment, located at alley 93/15 Yen So street, Yen So ward (Hoang Mai, Hanoi).

Immediately afterwards, Hoang Mai District Police dispatched 2 fire trucks, 1 water truck, 1 ladder truck; Center 5 dispatched 2 fire trucks to the scene to organize fire fighting.

Initial assessment is that the fire started at the warehouse of the event organization business unit with an area of ​​about 60 square meters.

At the scene, because there were many flammable devices inside, the fire broke out fiercely. The column of black smoke rose dozens of meters high, making it visible to many people from afar.

After a period of trying to put out the fire, the authorities controlled the fire.

According to authorities, the fire spread to 4 surrounding houses. Property damage is currently being assessed and there were no casualties.
