For the people, the flag is not only the pride of the nation, the pride of independence and freedom, but also the motivation to encourage each person to live and contribute to the homeland. |
The city is also known as the land of bridges. Visitors to Da Nang cannot miss the fire-breathing Dragon Bridge, the Han River Bridge that rotates at midnight, the Thuan Phuoc cable-stayed bridge, and the Tran Thi Ly Bridge. |
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan (35 years old) shared that whenever mentioning her hometown Da Nang, she always feels proud. “My friends often praise Da Nang as a civilized, modern, clean and beautiful city with impressive landscapes. The people here are also very friendly, creating a good impression on tourists. On the occasion of the city's liberation day, I took my children to participate in class activities and to the exhibition so that they could better understand the country's history,” she said. |
