(Dan Tri) - Goalkeeper Ho Tung Han had his first start in the Singapore national championship, before joining the U22 Vietnam team.
Ho Tung Han was played dirty by his opponent
Ho Tung Han was born in 2003. He is on the payroll of Da Nang Club and was loaned to Balestier Khalsa Club in the Singapore National Championship until the end of this season. In the past two months, he has played in the Singapore U21 tournament to get some experience.

Thanks to his excellent performance, Ho Tung Han appeared in the first team of Balestier Khalsa. On March 2, he made his debut for Balestier Khalsa in the Singapore Cup match. On the evening of March 7, Tung Han had his first start in the Singapore national championship against Geylang International.
This was a difficult match for Tung Han as the opponent was quite strong. This goalkeeper conceded 3 goals but was still rated well when he had 4 situations to block the opponent's shots. Thanks to that, Balestier Khalsa won with a score of 4-3. With this result, Balestier Khalsa temporarily ranked 5th on the rankings with 32 points.

In this match, Tung Han was fouled by his opponent. After Geylang scored a goal to reduce the score to 2-3, the Vietnamese goalkeeper was intentionally pushed down by player number 23, Taniguchi, while he was going to pick up the ball from the net. Fortunately, Tung Han was not injured in this situation.
Notably, Tung Han has just been named in the list of the Vietnam U22 team participating in the CFA Team China 2025 friendly tournament taking place in March in China. Tung Han is expected to shine when facing very strong opponents such as U22 Korea, U22 China and U22 Uzbekistan. On March 10, Tung Han will return to Vietnam to join the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center.
In the long term, Tung Han hopes to be a mainstay of the Vietnam U22 team participating in the qualifying round of the U23 Asian Cup and the 33rd SEA Games. To do that, the goalkeeper born in 2003 needs to play well in Singapore. The competition at Balestier Khalsa Club is very high as the club has 4 goalkeepers. In addition to Tung Han, they have 3 other goalkeepers: Mun, Chew, Ahmad.
