According to this teacher, when the Ministry announced the answers and grading scale for the literature subject, the teacher also felt that the answers were relatively open. This was both convenient and difficult for the marking work. Therefore, marking at least 10 exams together before officially marking to reach a consensus is very important.
"The actual grading of the exam shows that in the high-level application question number 4: "From the author's reflection in the poem "Everyone passes through the storm of their life", many of the candidates' essays show that they have deep reasoning, tight and convincing arguments. However, there are also students who honestly associate the subjects that they consider heavy and impractical in the general education program with "the storms of their lives". With open questions and open answers, the examiner must also be open and not stereotyped. When grading the exam, I put myself in the position of the candidate, how sad would I be if my exam was not evaluated fairly and accurately", said this examiner.

According to the plan of the 2023 high school graduation exam, the exam results will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on July 18.
From July 10 to 30, all candidates will register and adjust their university admission wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system. After that, candidates have 7 days, from July 31 to August 6, to pay the admission fee.
In Hung Yen, Mr. Nguyen Van Phe, Director of the Department of Education and Training, said that by the afternoon of July 7, the province's exam marking work had completed about 50% of the workload. It is expected that early this week (around July 10-11), the exam marking work will be basically completed. According to Mr. Phe, the exam marking is currently going relatively smoothly. The exam questions and answers for the literature subject are relatively open, but before the official marking, the essay marking team has jointly marked a large enough number of papers to unify the marking method, ensuring the highest rights of candidates.
Director of the Phu Tho Department of Education and Training Nguyen Van Manh said that for the essay test marking committee, the locality pays special attention to open content, applied and creative work of students; at the same time, it does a good job of preserving test papers and marking records according to regulations. According to the plan, the marking work in this province will be completed by July 10.

Ms. Ngo Thi Minh also noted that high school graduation exam scores, in addition to being used to consider graduation for students, are also the basis for registering for university and college admission; therefore, high or failing scores must be taken into account so that the announced exam scores are truly accurate, assessing the knowledge students have acquired after 12 years of studying at high school.
The Ministry of Education and Training also requires that not only in the grading process, the points adding and official scoring for candidates must also be carried out carefully and absolutely accurately so as not to affect the rights and results of the students in this exam.
